One man's advice for how to get out of a cell-phone contract. Make more than half of your calls from roaming areas. I'm not sure if it works but it sounds good to me. (I'm still pissed about all the charges that Cingular hit me with two years ago. I finally gave up the fight and paid the bill. I would have thought about trying this had I known about it.
